The agreement
These terms govern your access to and use of the Amplify AI platform. By creating an account or signing an order form referencing these terms, you agree to them on behalf of your organization.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, the security of credentials, and the activity of users in your workspace.
You agree to use the service in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws.
Fees and term
Subscriptions renew for successive terms unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are stated in your plan or order form and are billed in advance.
Usage beyond plan limits is billed at the overage rates published for your plan.
Ownership, warranties, and liability
You retain all rights to your customer content. Amplify Creative, LLC retains all rights to the platform and related intellectual property.
The service is provided without warranties other than those expressly stated in a signed agreement. To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
