Subscriptions
Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time from billing settings; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Refund eligibility
New annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of the initial purchase.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for periods already served, except where required by law or where a documented service failure prevented material use of the platform.
How to request a refund
Email billing@amplifyai.com from the account owner address with your workspace name and invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
