Our security program, controls, and vulnerability disclosure process for the Amplify AI platform.

Platform controls
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest using AES-256.
Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel, requires multi-factor authentication, and is reviewed periodically.
Administrative and workflow actions are recorded in audit logs available to customers on qualifying plans.
Customer responsibilities
Customers configure their own roles, approval steps, retention windows, and integration credentials, and are responsible for managing user access within their workspace.
Vulnerability disclosure
Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@amplifyai.com with reproduction steps. We acknowledge reports within two business days and will keep you updated through remediation. Please do not access data belonging to other customers while testing.
