Data Processing Agreement
Terms under which Amplify Creative, LLC processes personal data on behalf of customers.

Roles
For customer content submitted to the platform, the customer acts as data controller and Amplify Creative, LLC acts as data processor, processing personal data only on documented instructions from the customer.
Security and subprocessors
We maintain technical and organizational measures described in the Security Policy and impose equivalent obligations on approved subprocessors. Customers are notified of new subprocessors before they begin processing.
International transfers, audits, and deletion
Where personal data is transferred internationally, transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful mechanism.
We provide reasonable information to help customers verify compliance and will delete or return personal data at the end of the agreement.
