Account information you provide when you register, such as name, business email, company name, and billing contact details.
Customer content you or your users submit to the platform, including documents, messages, and workflow data.
Usage and device information such as log timestamps, IP address, browser type, and feature interactions used to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Amplify AI platform.
To communicate about service updates, security notices, billing, and support requests.
To meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer content to train foundation models.
Sharing and subprocessors
We share information with service providers that host infrastructure, process payments, deliver email, and provide model inference, each under written agreements limiting their use of the data.
A current list of subprocessors is available on request and to customers under a Data Processing Agreement.
Retention and your rights
Customer content is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted according to your configured retention settings or within 30 days of account termination unless a longer period is required by law.
